Philosophy:
I take pleasure in assisting people achieve their fitness goals. During childhood and most of my adulthood, I made eating decisions based on boredom, loneliness and depression. Furthermore, it was challenging to fully commit to fitness programs. After the continuous struggle over the years, I decided to have gastric bypass surgery. Although I credit the surgery for jump starting the weight loss, exercise has made the significant change to the shape of my body.

Every day I teach and encourage by example my three daughters to remain active.
